Calculation basis by segment

Choose how usage is counted for each agent type and channel. A voice call is often billed by the minute while a digital chat is counted per session — this lets each segment use the unit that fits it. Costs never change; only the volume shown and the denominator of each average do. Segments left on Follow global basis use whatever each viewer picked under Appearance › Calculation basis.
